McCorkell); text paper lightly rippled. In all, only fair externally, but internally, but for the rippling, the text is VG or better. "Sarah Anne Curzon née Vincent (1833 - November 6, 1898) was a Canadian poet, journalist, editor, and playwright who was one of 'the first women's rights activists and supporters of liberal feminism' in Canada. During her lifetime she was best known for her closet drama, Laura Secord: The Heroine of 1812, one of the works that made Laura Secord a household name." - Wikipedia. She called "Laura Secord" Canada's first feminist play. Contains a 6 page "Memoir" of Secord at the front. Also includes notes and some correspondence pertaining to the War of 1812.
